Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is an British composer and vocalist. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. He was born in Holmes Chapel (Cheshire), England, on 1 February 1994, he is the son Des Styles, and Anne Cox. Harry Styles studied at the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, in which he started his own group of musicians with 3 schoolmates, which he called the White Eskimo. They took home the Battle of Bands in 2009 with their amazing performance. The musician always had an interest in music, but he wanted to become an attorney or a physical therapy. When he worked in the city's pastry shop Harry Styles could afford to provide for his family. Harry Styles auditioned for The X Factor in the year 2010 and did Is not She Lovely, a Stevie Wonder song. He was chosen. His group was compelled to disband due to this. Nicole Scherzinger was the judge that suggested Harry Styles to be part of a new group named One Direction, along with Liam Payne Zayn malik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell was the sponsor of the group that began in the year the year 2010. During the competition the band played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group was one of the contenders to win the contest. They were in third position after Rebecca Ferguson and Matt Cardle, who took home the prize. Harry Styles did not receive an award, but Cowell made a deal worth 2 million pounds to One Direction in order for the group to be a part of Syco Records.
