Kari Wuhrer was born on the 28th of April in 1967. She is an American musician and actor. Wuhrer started her career when she was in her teens. She is most known for her character Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders, as well as her role as the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror comedy film Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was raised within Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble, who worked as a cashier, as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. She has been blessed with three brothers. She was a teenage singer who performed in clubs, escaping from her family for the sake of performing.
